Shipping

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Your case will be printed and shipped within 2-5 business days of order placement.

• Standard Shipping: FREE on orders $35+ | $4.99 on orders under $35
• Delivery Time: 5-10 business days (US only)
• Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email when your case ships

Please note that shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Guard & Glam case! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day easy return policy.

Return Process:

1. Contact us at hello@guardandglam.com within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Ship the case back to us in its original condition (unused, with packaging)
4. Once received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method

Return Shipping:

Return shipping is free for defective items. For other returns, customers may pay for return shipping or receive a refund minus the original shipping cost.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective case, we'll replace it at no cost. Contact us with photos of the defect, and we'll arrange a replacement immediately.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship to the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.
